My hybrid coaching program blends clinical physiotherapy expertise with guided movement coaching to help you rebuild strength safely and confidently. With nearly a decade of physio experience, every exercise I prescribe is intentional — rooted in a thorough assessment of your body and tailored specifically to your needs.

Your program combines pilates-inspired control, yoga-informed postures, and evidence-based strength progression to support muscle building, recovery, and long-term strength. It’s especially suitable if you’re feeling fearful of movement or unsure where to start.

Throughout the process, I’ll help you understand your movement patterns, address compensations, and build awareness of your body’s mechanics. Online follow-ups ensure we continue refining the areas identified during your home assessment, while our gym session together guides you safely back into strength training with proper form and confidence.
