The best approach is to contact me on WhatsApp as soon as possible — this initial chat is not charged. Healing begins once proper advice and early management are in place, and this makes a significant difference in your recovery.
You don’t have to navigate it alone! During the conversation:
I’ll ask several questions to understand the extent of your injury
I’ll advise whether you should see a GP, sports physician, or orthopaedic doctor (only if needed)
Sessions with me are usually booked within 4–7 days after the injury
I limit my clinic hours so I can provide high-quality care and, most importantly, ongoing support outside of clinic hours — an important part of my role as a physiotherapist.
I’m reachable via WhatsApp messages and will reply as soon as I can. If you’re injured, I can guide you on the next best steps even before we meet.
Send me a short message describing:
What you’re currently dealing with (e.g., ankle sprain, chronic neck pain, postpartum strength)
How you think I can help
Your preferred location if you’d like an in-person session (Dempsey, Katong, or Tampines)
I will then recommend the most suitable session type (online, in-person, or home visit) based on your needs — because no two injuries are the same.
After that, I’ll propose available time slots or we can find one that works for both of us.
For in-person sessions:
Wear comfortable clothing
Footwear is recommended for running assessments or sports-related movements
Bring screenshots/photos of your MRI/X-ray results or doctor’s referral (if any)
Yes, sessions are claimable.
You’ll make payment first, then use the invoice provided to submit your claim.
I currently do not process claims directly with insurance companies.
