Book Your Consultation
Choose an online or in-person session and complete a short intake form so I can understand your injury, goals, training history, and what you’re struggling with.
Assessment
We go through your injury history, movement patterns, pain, strength, mobility, and performance goals to identify the root cause—not just the symptoms.
Hands-On Treatment & Movement Coaching
Based on your assessment, treatment may include: * Targeted muscle therapy * PNF stretching techniques * Dry needling * Sports taping * Therapeutic ultrasound We’ll also review your exercise technique and movement patterns in the fully equipped gym at Core Collective i12 Katong, making real-time corrections to help you move with confidence.
