It’s how I play, challenge myself, and grow. Sports gave me confidence as a child, shaped my identity, and showed me the power of a strong, capable body.
Motherhood further strengthened my core principles and message. After giving birth, you essentially start from zero, and having the right mindset and a strong connection to your body is key to recovery and returning to full physical function. This experience deepened my understanding of movement, strength, and resilience.

No matter your age, fitness level, past injuries, or where you are in your motherhood journey, your body is capable of more than you think. If you’re struggling with pain, fear of exercise, or simply want to feel stronger and more confident, I’m here to guide you.
My mission is to help the community move safely, regain strength, and feel empowered, to prevent injury, build resilience, and enjoy life fully.

With a Diploma and BSc in Physiotherapy, I have built a strong academic and clinical foundation, complemented by advanced certifications in dry needling, spinal and peripheral joint mobilisation, and shoulder rehabilitation. I remain committed to continued professional development to ensure my approach is evidence-based and current.
My experience includes working in sports medicine settings and with competitive football athletes, where injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation are essential. As a certified pre and postnatal coach, I also provide specialised support for women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, delivering structured and individualised care across all stages of life.
